My perfect society would be a communist government that cycles through production and free time. Every two people would be allowed one child until the population reached about 4.5 billion, at that point every two people would be allowed as many children as it takes to get one boy and one girl. All other children, well, would have to be aborted. Everybody would have the same items including house, transportation, clothes (different for boys and girls, of course) ect. There would also be no religion, money, freedom of even the slightest beliefs such as a life connected to theirs. The leader would be kept secret and would have access to a database of many of the events of the past for consultation. There would be no need for military because it would have to be worldwide to be perfect.
